Is there a list available of companies in Canada that are open to employing non-Canadians from overseas?

My experience is in sales, predominantly media sales but I have spoken to the major publishers already and they are not having the best time right now!

What's the fastest and easiest way to find available opportunities, open to candidates looking to relocate to Canada from overseas, without having to trawl through local job sites where most of the vacancies are off-limits to foreigners?

I keep reading that Canada is looking for particular experience from overseas, including sales, but I don't know the fastest way to find these jobs...
