Guys,
I am really sorry for posting this as a new topic as I wasn't sure where to post it.
I have a question where some experts can help me out with!
I usually get online payslips, so I have requested my employer to sign and stamp on them for me but they actually got them notarized by our Corporate notary who is also our Immigration Officer for our company. So basically I got my payslips notarized by our corporate immigration officer. I do requested for her Business Card and attached along with those payslips.. IS this the way we have to do? Am I gonna be fine with that or else it has to some thing else?
Please reply..Thanks in Advance.
Vin

Why did the HR not sign it and asked Immigiration Officer instead?
Persnally i think it should be OK as long as u have Company Stamp and Signature.

Does the seal mention your company's name? Is this person an employee of the Compnay?

Nope actually the seal does not mention my company name. it's just a notary seal but the person who notarized she is our immigration officer with in the company. I do have her Buinsess Card. which is our company business card with her name on it.
i am not sure whether it is a valid one or not..but I also requested for a employment letter, can i use that letter along with the pay slips and bank statments?
Please reply !!!

Well, I doubt it would suffice. When guidance notes say signed and stamped, I think there is an expectation of "stamp of the Company". A visiting card is not mentioned as an supporting evidence in the guidance.

I spoke with my HR team and my HR told me that in US corporates usually aren't required itseems, so they don't have.
Actually the person who notarized them is our Global Immigration Officer.
I usually get my online ADP pay statements. So, i got them notarized by our global Immigration officer for our company. And, i also requested for her business card incase if the visa officer wanted to contact her for reference.
I think i should include a cover letter explaining the situation.
any suggestions please????
Thanks in Advance!!!
