Grounds for appeal against Funds maintenance

Hi all

need your help to make some points or grounds on which i can appeal againt PWS refusal (funds problem) sent my ISA statement but mentioned as insufficient eveidence. But i had more than 800 pounds everytime in my account for last six months.

Need guidance

What exactly the refusal says? Could you please elaborate a bit more on the refusal please. If you had the required money for the last 6 months then the application should not have been refused at the fisrt place. Tell us a bit more so that we can advise you.

HO mentioned not sufficient evidence because these values are in shares. ISA Investment and saving account statements which shows dat my balance didn't drop for a moment. this is my savings and well maintained.

I submitted official letter from my bank stated that my balances for three months.

I dont know why they refused my application.

Cud any1 explain me what shoud i write in my appeal. on which grounds i submit.

Need your guidance everyone.

HO does not accept shares bonds and vouchers money they are after crude money which you can withdraw from your account. The saving account as long as its crude money which is accessable anytime would also be ok. Hope thats helps

yeah I have a letter from my bank that i can access this money any time without any bondings and restrictions.

Would it help my case.

The thing is that ISA accounts are seen as investments account which you do not readily have access to but maybe a letter from your bank could help dispel that. Hope it works out well for you.
