PSW rejected due to maintenance funds

I am going through a hell at the moment, completely distrubed. My PSW got rejected and I am given right of appeal. The balance was below £800 from 1st OCT to 23rd. I have another bank account statement for the same period in which I have money but after suming up it falls short of 2 days only.

I have couple of bank statements after the date i submitted my application with above £800 of balance. I have consulted the lawyer i am even more confused now one says Request and they might accept it . Second lawyer says tell them that the interpretation of law is "An individual must have £800 in his account all the time for three months" which i have If we count from current date.

I dont know what to do, Can anybody give any advice or any experiences? I would be very thankful

i have the same problem. when did it go below 800GBP , in the first two days of the time period of 3 months or somewhere in the middle????

according to my lawyer if it happens once and if you have 800 for a quite long time since then you dont have to worry, but u do have to hire a lawyer now, i think.....

I submitted OCT , NOV & DEC bank statements, the balance is below 800GBP on 14 OCT & 3rd. But since then the balance is above 800GBP until the current date it has never gone below 800.

I am thinking if appeal can help OR shall i go back and submit fresh application.

If your account dropped even a single penny then the refusal is correct. BUT if you had £800 ALL THE TIME prior to applying in this account then you should appeal and hopefully appeal would be allowed.

If you did not had £800 in this account then i am afraid the refusal is correct. HO is very bad in this rule mate. Appeal and keep your finger crossed. All the best
