Hi. I applied for a Family Visit visa for my wife last Christmas, as we intented to visit the UK to be with my parents during the festive period for one week. Unfortunately, the application was rejected, but the decision was later overturned. By the time this happened however, it was already too late to take the intended trip, but my wife still has a visa in her passport valid until the end of May.
We are intending now, instead, to take the trip before the end of April but I am a little concerned that we will run into problems when entering the UK considering most evidence and reasoning used in our original application is now either out-dated or incorrect. Are we likely to run into problems like this, or will they just accept our story at face value (or even care in the first place?) I really don't want to start having to obtain new cover-letters and start translating bank statements again.
Thanks for any help.
