PSW To HSMP

i hv been issued psw in jan 09,

now i am thinking to switch to hspm, can any one tell if become successfull to switch to hsmp, Will i get hsmp for 3 years, 4 or five. then will i need to get an extention before becomes eligible to apply for indefinite stay.

My second question is:
Can i do two jobs to make up my earings points. If so can i do any jobs or it has to be relating to my studies?

My 3rd question is:
I finished my course MBA on 21 sep 2008, and started working from 1 sep 2008. Got psw on 15 jan 2009. Will my earning towards hsmp will start from 1 sep 2008 or from 15 jan 2009 when i actually get the visa.

from the first day you statrted work and is it a must to have 1 full year pay slip when you wanna apply for hsmp or once you have earned the required points ou can apply straight away ?

u can do as much work as u can with 2,3 or 4 jobs they really concern about tax nothing else...
