ILR query after the new judgement rule ( 06 april 2009)

Post by harley_davidson » Tue Apr 07, 2009 4:08 am

Hi everyone,

I have applied for hsmp on the 17 march 2006, dont have any proof with me though, But i am sure my application must have reached by 3rd april 2006 and i had my approval dated 03 may 2006, so i was wondering where do i stand the 4 yrs for ILR or 5 yrs, as the judgement stated 4 yrs for people already in the scheme as of 03 april 2006 which i wasnt technically. Any clarification would be appreciated.

Many Thanks
Harley

From the experience I have gathered especially from this forum. It is the approval date on your HSMP that matters. I will therefore suggest you call the home office after they have applied the judgement and clarify.
