2005 HSMP Holder - ILR (PR) - 4 years or 5 years?

Post by sekhar_software » Tue Apr 07, 2009 11:09 am

All,

I could not find an answer to this question in the entire forum so, i am posting this.

I got my hsmp approved on June 2005 that time the elicibility for Permanent Residency (PR) is 4 years. I will be finishing my 4 years very soon in this country. Can i apply for ILR (PR)?

I know it had been challenged in the court but do not know the output. Could someone please explain?

Cheers,
Raj
