Dependent work eligibilty without main applicant being in UK

Hi all,

I have applied for Tier 1 on mar 26 2009 from bangalore. When i get my visa, my husband would also apply for dependent visa. If he gets it in a very short span of time, can he go to UK and search for jobs without me being present in UK?

Thank you, Thats means for the first time dependent is travelling either the main applicant must be there in UK or dependent should accompany main applicant.

Yes, it is must. on the first ntry clearence you are needed to have main applicant in uk
