I applied for my psw visa in dec but was rejected on the basis that my funds were 5 days below in the last days. i wasnt given the right to appeal, although i was lucky my student visa was still valid so i just extended it and joined college. Now i have started saving for the 3 months so i can submit a fresh application over summer (before the one year period after graduation is over)
My question is, can i save the cash and go abroad- home and after the 3 months i come apply for psw. At the moment i have a student visa and college close in May for summer??? Please advise on how best to go about it coz 3 months wait is so long and expensive in this country. Or is it too risky?do they check the activity of the bank account??

It will be quite risky especially if you have completed your studies. It is definitely an option by every means but risky. They do not check on activity going on with the account but just make sure your balance doesn't go down again as they are very strict with that part of it. Good Luck.

I would apply again as you are covered by Law But do not forget to state that you have been refused previously in new application. As long as you reapply within 12 months you are covered by LAW.
