Hello,
I received a rejection today on grounds of:
1) The letter from university not specifying that I would eventually receive a certificate (I sent an official transcript and a letter certifying registration but it didn't state why I was not sending a certificate or that I would be receiving it eve3ntually).
2) Maintenance funds (joint account, in dollars, U.S. account, well over 800 pounds from November 10 to January 9), application filed January 31.
Can any advise on what the best course of action would be? I'm currently working and don't know if I'm legally allowed to be working now or if an appeal would extend that right. If these two things are true, I would file an appeal to extend the time I can work and allow my employers to find someone to replace me.
Also, is there any way to appeal successfully with further documentation on the letter? I think it is ridiculous and wrong that they are rejecting people. Is anyone protesting publicly?
