Student Visa on PSW Rejection

Post by Friend_4321 » Mon Apr 13, 2009 9:44 pm

Can you apply for Student Visa if you have been rejected on PSW on CCL...

What are the chances of getting the student visas.

if you dont have existing leave to remain then you can not apply for student visa. You will have to go back to your country of origin and then apply from there. Or you can appeal and during the appeal for PSW and during the appeal process try and submit application for student visa and try your luck.

If u had not been refused on CCL then it would have been possible. Since ur case comes under fraud and deception you are not allowed to make any further visa applications until u prove HO wrong.

Secondly if u are being refused PSW for maintainance then u appeal the refusal and apply for a good uni degree through a solicitor. U will get ur extension.

Cheers
