Whatever the case, answer the questions TRUTHFULLY! If you get caught in a lie, you can kiss the visa goodbye! They may check, they may not! Is it worth the risk? Ofcourse it's best not to offer information you have not been asked, but if you have, then give it in honesty.soccerchick wrote:So i am applying for a family permit through my mother, the one question i am stuck with is if i have travelled outside of my country of residence in the last 10 years. Do they check if you have lived in another country illegaly? even though you have a new passport?
You already have a Residence Card in Belgium. I assume, based on your dependency on your mother? If you can prove that you are dependent on her, even though you are over 21, then I don't see what the problem is. Unless I'm missing something here?soccerchick wrote:applying from belgium
