This is a question of a friend!!

He is an asylum seeker in the UK and has been here for 8 years, he has now got a solicitor to chase the home office.

After two months of the solicitor being involved HO have requested him to attend an interviwe for biometric data to be taken, is this just part of the procedure of is it a sign that he may be getting ILR.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
