Does HO Contact to the Previous Employer ?

Hello

Does any one had any experience if HO contact their previous Employer ?

Please let me know as my previous employer has finished his company so just wondering if they trying to contact and then wont be able to contact then wat will happen ?

they have contacted my current employer but i am not sure if they tried by contacting my previous employer ? because i claimed two jobs

If they contact your previous employer and cannot reach them, HO should ideally check on the companies house website to see when company was closed. If that closed date is after your salary date, then I think you should be fine.

Generally, HO contact current employer and don't bother to contact previous employer unless they smell something fishy.

It really depends mate sometimes they dont even contact anyone... but if they find something fishy then they definitely contact previous employer... If your case is straight forward then i hope they dont really bother...
