Urgent help please: case worker team phone numbers?

who knows phone numbers for case worker teams? How do you discuss your case for review please?

My pack was returned, saying I used wrong form "03/09" which was posted on 06/04, and there is a new form "04/09" effective from that day 06/04. The form "03/09" has only 7 days life.

According to the following, my form should be valid:

"In line with paragraph 34I of the Immigration Rules, the previous versions of each of the forms will continue to be valid for applications made up to 21 days after 6 April 2009. "

I have to discuss by phone with them. But the 08706067766 on their letter does not go to them.

How do I contact their teams in Sheffield?

Hi Lionfly, it's the 0870 6067766 number that you need to call. You'll probably need to try the number several times....you'll eventually get through.

I think the main issue here is that the form 03/09 and 04/09 changed dramatically because of the master degree requirement, new fee and various others. I don't think you can use the old form as the PBS has changed since then.

Yes I know the rule says that the old form still valid 21 days after the expiry date but logically how does that work?

Will you be assessed under the old rule? Or new rule but with the old form? The PBS won't match in that case. Not sure how to deal with this issue. Maybe someone else has experience regarding form mismatch.
