For MODL ACS assessment can be resend?

Hi,

I have applied for skilled visa sub class 136. Initially when i applied for australian immigration I missed to evaluate my self for MODL. Also you know that new policies have been implemented and all old and new applicants get treated in FIVE categories accordingly (State sponsorship, Employer Job offer, CSL, MODL and Other). In this stage my medical has been sent and I am falling in last one (OTHER) according to the new policies from 2009. Can I resend the ACS assessment to DIAC on this stage so that i could come up in MODL category.
