Post by mudit » Tue May 05, 2009 8:35 pm

Hi All
I am Mudit from India and
i m willing to apply under tier 1
but before i proceed i have few doubts that i would be grateful if you can clear out
1. I am salaried employee, my earnings are my gross salary or my net salary.
2. I am MCA is it a valid Masters degree as per UK norms ?
3. Does collecting 75 points makes sure u get TIER 1 ?

What documents should i keep ready and i will be completing one year of job end of this month and further are there ample jobs in UK ?

1. I am salaried employee, my earnings are my gross salary or my net salary. Gross
2. I am MCA is it a valid Masters degree as per UK norms ? Check on points calculator on UKBA website
3. Does collecting 75 points makes sure u get TIER 1 ?yes, provided you are able to provide requisite supporting evidnce

What documents should i keep ready and i will be completing one year of job end of this month and further are there ample jobs in UK ? Salary stubs, Bank Statement, Maintenance funds for 3 months atleast; I would advise you to read the Tier-1 guidance

Jobs - UK is in deep and I guess a long drawn recession

minimum? or maximum?

You can enter UK as long as your VISA is valid. The ILR clock however start ticking only after you have entered UK.
