Primary responsibility is on the employer to deduct the tax at source. In case of any discrepancy, the employee settles it directly with HMRC by filing a returnnad wrote: finaly who is responsible to pay the tax employer or employee...
As I said that the primary responsibility lies with the employer as he deducts the tax from your monthly salary. At the year end though a P60 is issued and if you discover any discrepancy the onus lies on the employee to sort that out with HMRC by filing a return. The fact that you are raising this question suggests that your employer is not depositing tax on your behalf at the same time you are aware of it ---- smacks of a scam mate.nad wrote:Thanks Push_Pump,
Wot if the the HO checks with HM revenue about my tax return, and if they found out my employer is not paying it so who's to be blamed for that me or the employer,
finally I know this topic has been discussed earlier but just wanna confirm can the HO refuse the application on the basis of applying to early...
or is it possible that they will ask to apply later before the visa expires,
appreicate your comments..
thanks again.
