Urgent! Refusal Of Entry Clearance Previous Earnings Advice

Hey all here is what happened:

I sent in W-2's and a letter from my employer to provide evidence of previous earnings. I thought that would cover the evidence I needed. I was rejected on the grounds that it wasn't from 2 different sources which I thought it was. I have the bank statements I didn't send them in. I sent in a request for review stating that I have the evidence of the bank statements but I didn't include them thinking I had provided sufficient evidence. Do you think they will take the evidence I didn't submit? Someone said I may need to re-apply but I can't now because I don't have masters degree. I stated this in my review application. This was the only thing they rejected me on. Do I have any hope for a review? Should I appeal if that doesn't work? Any advice on this would be really appreciated. Thank you, Suresh

You should consider yourself lucky if they approve your case. An appeal does not allow an applicant to submit any piece of new evidence and is meant to check whether or now due process was followed while making the decision on your application (e.g. did the caseworker mistakenly missed some evidence etc.). Unfortunately, in your case the caseworker applied the rule properly and I personally don't see any hope. This should not dishearten you as miracles do happen !! pray...

I dont want to be extremly rude - but, you must be on Drugs when yu decide not to send those bank statements. My assumption - you will need to make a fresh application. You are not permitted to send any additional documents. If iI am not wrong - when you appeal, you can only send a justification (arguments over the grounds on which ur visa were denied) letter along with a HO Reference letter.. I wish you well, but If i were you, I will not wast time on appeal as it seems most likely to be negative..

No problem I didn't mean to not send them I just thought that the w-2's and letter from employer was enough. I was so worried about maintenance of funds that I thought I had the previous earnings satisfied based on what I read. The sad part is the US government looks at the w-2's as evidence of my earnings for tax purposes but the UK visa authority deems it not enough evidence even with a letter from the company saying I was paid those amounts. What a facing joke. They need to see the money deposited to know that I was paid that amount. Granted I know I was the one who made the error but you are going to deny a visa to someone when the overwhelming evidence shows that they have been earning that much from a w2 over the course of a year? Secondly, I can't just re-apply because I don't have a master's degree. So this is my only chance on top of being out 1000 bucks. Thanks for your replies though. Looks like I messed up and the Visa authority are just gonna be pricks about it. I just sent in for a review begging for the ability to send in the rest of my bank statements (I only sent in 3 months worth) no appeal as of yet. Oh well I guess I won't be migrating to the UK unless a miracle happens.

Keep your hopes high mate, its just another day at office. veryone makes mistake. When yu said you wrote to them begging, and tht wasnt appeal what you meant??

Hi Suresh,

Just I want to check with you, two source of Income means I know first is 12 month payslip and what about second source, is it Bank statement, if it is bank statement, how many months we need to submit 12 months 0r 3months bank statements. Please let me know guys.
