Post by nad » Sat May 09, 2009 10:52 pm

Hi,
Is it advisible to use OISC solicitors for HSMP Ext. to Tier 1 or you can apply on ur own.
1.Will they get any priority at all...
2.Do they have to take appointment as well.
3. Do they have to spend whole day in HO

Any comments much appreciated.

Depends on how comfortable you are completing the forms yourself. Tier-1 is a straight forward process. In any case you will have to collect and compile all the information sought.

Mate, It is quite easy and straightforward form to fill...it is supported by well extensive guidelines...plss go through each and every lines of it very minutely...morever, if u need any help you can always refer to this great forum and we all will try our utmost to help and solve your problem...

Now coming back to question:
No, they don't get any priorities. They are treated like any normal applications and in the same manner if you would have applied yourself.

Tier 1 application is very straight forward. You can very well apply for yourself. All the information need to apply will anyway be supplied by you. So why waste money from lawyer. Lawyer cannot do any magic.

All information you need to apply is in the below link. Check pdf documents on the righ-pane of the below link.

This forum is always there if you need any help.
