Tier 1 visa holder for Study

I am in UK for last three years and have got Tier 1 stampped in April 09 for three year from then. I want to persue regular MBA, 2 years duration, in UK.

Having Tier 1, can I join the MBA program without Student Visa?

Any ways to get the answer confirmed officially.

You can do your MBA as far as you have a valid visa. You can do MBA for first 2 years of your visa period. for the last one year, you would need to work or earn for your extenion/PR.
