Norwegian visa

Hi guys
I'm applying for my Norwegian official visa (short stay) . I submitted my application and paid 60euros but couldn't find an appointment for this month but I need to travel by this month end .
Is there a way out ?.. will the embassy allow me to do an emergency booking for visa interview ?
