Very critical doubt... Senior Members or Others please help.

Post by jiti » Mon May 11, 2009 10:51 am

Hello,

I am in a very critical situation. I am going to apply in Tier 1 but have some doubts...

1. Are QUALIFICATION and PREVIOUS EARNINGS inter-related??

Question Illustration:

I completed my post graduate in Dec. 2008. But I started working from July, 2008 and in June, 2009 I will be fulfilling all the points needed to apply under tier 1. Actually after June , 2008 I was not in the institution as I got the job, but one of my exams was on Dec, 2008. Therefore I joined the job and gave exam after six months. Please suggest me :

Is it necessary to show the previous earnings after one has completed his degree or not?????????
I mean :
Do I need to show salary of 12 months after completion of my degree??

After reading the guidelines what I believe is that Education and earnings are independent of each other. For applying:
1. You have to be a post graduate(which I am now)
2. You should have earned enough money to claim points(which I had)
3. Rest .......

Hope to get reply soon.

Thanks,
Riya.

No qualification and earnings are not inter-related.You can earn while your learn.

People doing part-time or executive MBA do get masters degree and their earnings are also valid for Tier 1.
