Urgent Advice Separating from British citizen before 2yrs

My sister is on 2yr visa which expires in august and she is married to a british citizen but at moment has problems with her husband which is leading to separation before she could even apply for her indefinite leave.

please advise on her possibilities of staying in this country. I am just wondering if she can stay here as a student if she apply for course at the university and therefore llive here on a stdent visa????

she use to be on a student visa before getting married to this man please any good suggesting is welcome.

she need to get admission in university and convert her visa to student visa again ...

will she need to inform home office regarding separation.....and how straight forward will this be

Also I'm pretty sure u can't switch from spouse to student in country.
