If your University/Course is mentioned in the PBS listy, you qualify of the English Language requirement. Alternatively, you can get letter for comparability from NARIC.

Nowdays in PBS if your qualification is listed on UKBA's database it also fetches you point for English Language Requirement.

However better not to take risk and ask document from your awarding institute, is called "Trascript". This should do the needful and sufficient enough to prove the English Language Requirement.

Not required. Just ensure that the points calculator awards you 10 points for your course/degree/institution under the English language requirement section.
