Employement confirmation letter For ILR wording

Dear friends
I have HSMP visa. My ILR is due shortly.I want to get the letter from my employer. Could you please advise me what should the contents of the letter from employer be.

Any advise will be greatful. If any one who had succesful application pass me the text it will be greatly appreciated
