residency in Ireland

I'm from tunisia,i've been living in Ireland since the 20th of august 2005 as i joined my Irish spouse to live here together after we got married in Tunisia,in march 2007 we bought a house together but unfortunately we went apart in september 2007 due to many issues and differences but the good thing is that we are in good terms as we decided to stay friends.since i came here i've been working but unfortunately due to the world economic crisis i was made redundant last december,my current visa is untill 6th of april 2010 which is the expiry date of my passport too so as my conditions have changed now i would like to ask you can to tell me if i can still apply for natrulisation for the Irish citizenship.
