If u got ur passport and a valid visa left then u can always do it....shawpan wrote:Can you guys answer to a simple question please,
Did anyone reapply for Post Study Work visa after getting a hearing date or after having a hearing day, please help me with this as I want to reapply for this VISA. Thanking you in advance
Ya as long as u r in appeal process u are on legal status.... No one can question about it....shawpan wrote:thank you for your reply. Can you please tell me onething. If I appeal then my current visa get extended automatically right? that means I have valid VISA. right? I am soo confused with this.
The thing is once you apply for leave-to-remain or you appeal a refusal, if your current visa had expired while your application or appeal was being considered, your leave is extended till a decision is made on your appeal or application. The Home Office refers to this as treating your leave as 'continuing'.shawpan wrote:to be honest, it is sooo confusing- I have legal valid visa now as I appealed but I cant make a fresh application because my current visa has expired!! toooo confusing broooo.
