NVQ Sponsors ???

Hi All,

I want to apply for Tier 4 visa as a student of NVQ level 4 course, but I dont have any idea about the colleges those are authorised for this course and those have proper license for this course.
Can anybody please provide any information on this?? Colleges in London and Birmingham would suffice.
