Tier1 Dependent doubts

Hi All


I got my Tier1 General Visa on 8th May 2009.I applied my wife's application also with me & successfully got her Tier1 dependent visa also.

Now i want to apply the Tier1 dependent visa for my 13 month old daughter.I did not apply my daughter's visa with my application bcoz i was not having enough funds for all the 3 of us(800+533+533).

So i applied my wifes visa along with my application as i was having only(800+533) at that time.

My Daughters present dependent visa which is based on my WP will expire on 13/12/2009.

Now i have few queries while filling the application.

B11. Home Office reference number(s) (if known):
Reference number 1:
Reference number 2:

Q) What refence number should i give here?? OR shall i leave it blank.

B14. Points Based System migrant reference number (if known):

Q) Is this the PBS reference number which i got in my accknowledgement letter when i applied my Tier1 OR shall i leave it blank


D5. Are either the dependant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel
document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which
shows his/her current leave unavailable?

Yes - go to question D6 No - go to question D11

Q) Yes OR NO here

D13. Has the dependant ever stayed in the United Kingdom beyond the end of his/her period
of leave?
Yes - go to question D14 No - go to question D15

Q) Yes OR NO here

H4. Has the main applicant applied to have his/her application assessed in accordance with
paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Policy Document?
Yes No
Now go to question J1

Q) Yes OR NO here


Q) What are the documents required along with the dependent application.I am submitting the following

1) Past 3 months Bank Statements with the required funds(800+533+533).
2) Past 3 months Pay Slips.
3) Daughter's Birth Certificate issued in India(Daughter born in India).
4) Me & My wifes tier1 visa photocopies.

6) Daughter's passport

Please let me know if anything apart from the above is required for supporting documents.

I suggest, you can add your marriage certificate and proof of accomodation as well.

I will add Marraige Certificate also & coming to accomidation proof i am applying from within the UK & i am living here from JAN 2008 so i think its not needed anyway i will add my utility bill also.

I dont want a small mistake resulting a refusal of my daughters application.
