I am working as an ERP Manager in an Oil & Gas company. My job role is as follows: (Will it be considered Specialist or Senior Level)
o Integration of the Company's Business Model and consolidation of systems in all business units including Finance, Cost Control, Manpower, Operations, Production and Procurement.
o Reviewing current implementations and identifying gaps in processes/systems configuration that cause malfunctions and lack of controls.
o Manage development projects & team of consultants and developers.
o Analyze operational processes and system trends and recommend changes where appropriate.
o Manage and participate in developing solutions and provide a strong leadership role in Change Management.
o Liaise and provide specialized functional and technical consultation in design and implementation of outsourced systems.
o Implement and improve company’s web presence.
o Make system support and training manuals
o Liaise with training department for end-user training.
o Train Libyan manpower on performance management, change control, disaster recovery and support methodologies and best practices.
