IGS transition to PSW..BIC/LAHE etc. colleges nt on list

hi every1 !! just few questions
1. BIC/LAHE and other colleges which are not on listed bodies list anymore...has any1 got there igs transitions/extensions from them.
2. Has any1 got igs transition without sending there diploma/certificate etc.
3. I have seen few posts mentioning about college list url links that are updated by UKBA..erm one such from Dextar...but tier-4 sponsors register has got nothing to do with IGS..isnt it that colleges need to b on listed bodies list.

Dude READ the guidelines properly..... Does it says anywhere about sending the degree/ diploma for transitional arrangements???? U will get all the answers......
