Mine took 5 months. And it could have taken even longer if I didnt go through the aggressive route which was to threaten them with legal action or reporting them to media. I know one possible consequence of that could be my deportation from the country for 'harassing' the UKBA staff but eh, if you dont stand up for your rights then who will? And how was I gonna learn to deal with this country's arrogant bureaucracy?

Yes, I was also extending from IGS to PSW. Did Masters from the University of Birmingham. And I could make noise only because my papers were clean.
