IS IT POSSIBLE ??

Post by a1b4 » Thu Aug 25, 2005 8:22 pm

I got HSMP in Oct 2004 and entered UK in March 2005. My visa stamped on 13th of Jan 2005. I am intended to apply FLR only for myself at the moment in coming Nov. Is it possible?? and what my family will do after i got FLR. They are still in homeland.
If they can come on my FLR letter and what will be the fee for me alone and 3 of them??? I also acquired spouse points in my HSMP approval.
Any Moderator or senior member please...!!!

You said your family is back home. Did you process their visa when you got your HSMP visa in Jan 2005?

If they are not in the UK by the time their visa expires then they will have to go for EC again as your dependents, provided you apply and get your FLR extension.

If they are in the UK at the time of your FLR application, then it will cost you nothing extra to get the extension done for your family. Fees is charged per application and your application can include your dependents.

Thanx mwazir, dokwal & olison for your kind replies....we all got the entry clearance in Jan 2005 but only I came to UK in March.
I have the job but its not graduate level and i will have about £6000 (50% got from homeland and 50% saved here) in my account to show in bank statement at the time of applying FLR. So, is it better to bring them here to get FLR? or they could get FLR in homeland with the help of my letter?
