One way ticket and leaving the country

Hi! I have just recieved my Tier 1 visa last week. Im starting to wind up at work and sell stuff - real move activities!
I have two questions:
1. Since its a 3 year visa, am i able to travel on a 1-way ticket from Australia?
2. I have business interests in Australia so i might have to come back some time next year for a few months. The visa says Multiple Entry but i have heard banter of a 90 days clause but couldnt find any documentation on it. This is not related to permanent settlement but just being able to re-enter UK after being out of the country for more than 90 days.

I was also told that I have to support England in the Ashes but i think that was a joke

1. It's alright to travel with 1-way ticket, the immigration officer would be aware of the fact that your Visa is valid for next 3 years and i suppose no Stupid provides open ticket for 3 years....

2. You can leave and enter UK as many times as you wish during your Visa validity period. The 90 day stuff only comes into picture when you apply for ILR, after you finish 5 years in UK. One of my friend left UK shortly after getting Tier 1 and re-enter UK approximately after 7-8 months. So, i guess you would be fine as well
