Did you really go through vinny's link? The answers are in there! You have to send original documents! You can send notarized copies, but with a covering letter explaining as to why they are not originals.

Hi there,

My girlfriend told me today that sh hasnt applid for EEA 1 for herself but she has been living in uk and working for the last 3 years but she has NI number and she did register herself with home office and 70 pounds fees.
i havent seen the document therefore I mentioned about the home office fees.

could anyone please confirm if i can make COA application and EEA2 for myself after getting married to her without her applying for EEA1??

Many thanx and regards
