What else can we do... your suggestions please....

I am a non-visa national Working in the UK on a work permit
My former spouse came to the UK early Nov 2003 on a spouse-dependent visa. Stayed for 3 days in my place then left for an unknown destination for no apparent reason, I later got her on phone and she doesn’t want me again. Citizen Advice Bureau informed. Divorce was obtained in the country where the marriage took place and copy sent to home office followed by a detailed e-mail, the overseas mission involved was copied. I specifically withdraw the sponsorship of her stay in the UK as we are no longer married. The home office replied saying “Due to sensitivity when investigating allegations, the Home Office will not inform me of any progress made as I am considered a third party. They promise to take the appropriate action”. I therefore considered the case closed. That was in March 2005.

Now I have met someone else I want to marry…she is not keen about coming to the UK…. I have had to travel twice in the last 6 month to see her…and I am concerned about her chances of getting a visa.

What else can I do to convince whoever will look at her case when we eventually get married that this is genuine and true?... Feel free to give a detailed suggestion....
