sure, in my own case I booked the appointment as a dependant but told them the main applicant was not available. So they asked for the main applicant's details.

I have got a query. My friend would like to book an appointment on behalf of his wife at one of the PEO. Is it possible for him to do if he gives all her details. or does she need to be present (next to phone) at the time of making appointment. Has anyone booked an appointment on behalf of other person?
