ILR appication- absence from UK

Hi there,

I will qualify for ILR in July (WP:3 + HSMP2).

I have been out side UK(to my home country India) for a total of 6 months and 11 days, in the last 5 years, inclusive of the 58 days in the last one year from now.

Note that these are not at a stretch. Mostly 3-4 weeks at a time.

Thats the same with my time away during last year too (went twice in relation to my marriage- i.e. to arrange and then to actually get wed).

I have been continuously employed for the whole period .

I have only been away on my annual leave entitlement.

Does any one of you think I may have a problem?

Thats the same problem with me.
I have stayed 260 days out of uk. And from this 110 days were from comany where I was working. I was employed during this time, so I have salary slips, bank statements for these absense also.
But unfortunatelty that company is closed and I donot have any evidence to prove that I was out of uk due to my employement.

But I hope logically I can prove because during my absense I was paid in UK and I had all salaries coming to my bank account.

Please advice.
