Hello
sorry, if this question is too obvious for some of you,but can anyone please help me with this ?

I got " Immigration Employment Document" in June 2004 but my passport got stamped for FLR in sept 2004. I was in the UK , and actually started the job before stamp date on the passport .

Will 5 year required for ILR start from June 2004 or September 2004 ?

Any help is highly appreciated

I take it you switched from another category to WP, It would be September, you can apply 28 days before the date stamped on your passport.
