Tenancy agreement for dependents

Post by Manisharnie » Fri Jun 12, 2009 9:57 pm

I have Applied for my wifes dependent visa from Delhi on 1st june.Still waiting for result.I have submitted tenancy agrement for residential proof. Is this enough? anyways my question is I have gone through the requirements on Uk Border aganecy and VFS and there is no mention of residence proof mentioned anywhere,so Is tenancy agreement really required for Tier 1 dependent?

You have rented a house/flat. It is very obvious that you dependents will be staying with you. Why NOC from landlord. I don't think that is required.

My brother applied from EC from India and I sent my house agreement(1BHK) for him. He was granted HSMP and EC without any question. Immigration Officer didn't even asked a single question.

You will be fine. Don't loose your sleep over it.
