dependent visa

hi,
refusal to student dependent visa-appeal,i m hear on student visa which expires on 31/08/10,after my marraige my husband allowed me to go to uk,but as i m not able to live here alone i asked him to drop dependent visa,it was dropped on 25/03/09,it was refused and got appeal from,now i m not able to understant what should i do,i m alone here and i india no one has idea in my family to wht to do .the reasons was stated as
ii)u both intent to live as with each other as a spouse/civil partner
iv)maintain ur self with out adequate funds(but i should 2000£ in my satatement isnt was it enough?)
vi)you intend to live uk at the of the period.

plz help me out i have no one who provide me this infromation.do i need to appeal to reapply?

Can you be bit more clear please? what you mean your husband droped a visa? Do you mean he applied for dependant visa which was refused? have you already made an appeal?
