im a zimbabwean, been living in the states for 13 years. i am currently out of status, but getting married in a few weeks to a british girl and hoping to move back with her to the uk... what would be the best way to get a spousal visa

If you are out of status in USA applying for a spousal visa there will be impossible. what have you researched so far I am also Zimbabwean married to UK spouse but I am in Spain

Jabubenice,

You will have to go back to Zim and apply for the Spouse visa, having said that l'm not to sure whether you could land into any EU country and exercise spouse rights without going to Zim. You probably won't care but beware you will get an automatic 10 year ban from entering the US.

the realistic option might be to go back to zim and get the visa from there...we are def looking at that as an option right now
