Hello to every body,

This is my first post on this site, and expecting that all of forum members will try to resolve my immigration problem.

I entered UK in Dec 2007 on HSMP visa and after a month my family joined me in London.

Got a wonderful job on London, but made redundant in Oct 08. since then searched for the job but due to the recession, was unable to secure any.

Left UK in Jan 09 to join the job outside UK. Family left with me. In coming months issues been developed between me and my wife and resulted in separation.

Now living alone. got a proposal to marry from my previous colleague in London, She is British Passport holder.

Now my HSMP visa is subjected to renew in Dec 09. I want to know now that;

1/ Whether there is a possibility to marry her;
2/ What documents will be required to marry her (as I entered UK with my Ex wife name, which is in the records of HO)
3/ Can she apply for Marriage visa , after our marriage.
4/ Can I switch from HSMP visa to Marriage visa within the UK
5/ or what else could be done.
