Need help with paper work

my visa was rejected for maintainance fund.my appeal date is 24/04/09. I have asked for paper hearing so they have ask to send me document before 24/06/09. Can you please confirm if i have to send all document to AIT and Home office or just AIT. and how long does it take to get reply if my appeal has been allowed or rejected.
