Tier 1 - working in other EU members (posted workers)?

Hi everyone!

I have Tier 1 (General) visa, and I am about to get a contract with Irish airline company which has bases all over the EU.
Does UK Tier 1 working visa give me the right to work in another country, member of EU (based on Council Directive on "posting workers")?
And if it does, where can I get some kind of official statement for this?
