Do you intend to claim points for your earnings while on Student VISA only? I mean you do you intend to use these + earnings from your employment before you commenced full time course? Did you comply with the work hour restrictions while on Student VISA?

I got tier 1/hsmp back in April-09 , while i was on std visa........... i claimed my earning during my study in UK...............
