if visa rejected. re-apply or appeal

Post by hmm » Sun Jun 21, 2009 12:13 am

Is it true that you need to wait for certain days (21?) before you can re-apply for the same settlement visa?
Which would be quicker? re-apply or appeal?

Just being curious and trying to be prepaid, just in case.

Thanks

May depend on the circumstances of the refusal (e.g. age requirement). Possible to make a fresh application while an appeal is outstanding.
