Hey guys, I need some help concerning the K-1 visa if anyone could point me in the right direction, http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... 015#264015 <- This explains my situation (It's brief) and my question is, if I've been claiming benefits as a means to support myself (JSA whilst being at College) will I have to pay this back before I leave the country?
